01 What is the difference between the FCQ token and current tokens on the market?

Our token, unlike most tokens on the market, offers the possibility of buying real assets such as real estate. The premises will be available for investment or personal use. In case of the investment option, the rate of return will be determined in advance. All properties available on our platform will be carefully selected to achieve the maximum rental profit. The number of tokens is limited and known in advance and cannot be changed. In case of an increased demand by potential investors, the token’s rate may increase. The eternal law of supply and demand speaks of this. Thanks to this, the investor will be able to realize the potential profit. The FCQ token will be called hybrid token - having the features of a payment token and a utility token.

02 How is the process of purchasing a property proceeded?

The properties we offer will be available at www.fcqplatform.com. In order to complete the transaction, you will need USDT (based on blockchain ethereum) and FCQ. After acquiring the appropriate share in the property, the smart contract will generate a new token dedicated to the specific property. This token will confirm the possession of the right to dispose of the property and the payment of dividend from profit in proportion to the number of shares held. This token will undergo secondary trading on the FCQ platform. The entire property acquisition process is described in detail in our one pager. We invite you to get familiar with our OnePager. No, you don’t. A token purchase does not grant you any ownership in real estate. It is the conclusion of the trust deed transaction on Fortem Capital platform that indirectly makes you the owner of a given floor space. You profit from the difference between the purchase price of real estate at the stage before revitalization and the sale price of real estate after its revitalization.

03 Is there a limit on the number of tokens that I can invest in given real estate?

Yes, there is. Each real estate available for investing on the platform is going to be assigned a specific number of tokens associated with its floor space. You cannot buy more space than actually exists. However, you can choose whether you want to buy a square meter of a building or a whole place or perhaps all of them.

04 Can I participate in more than one project at a time?

Yes, you can participate in several projects at the same time.

05 Is it possible to sell the acquired property using the FCQ platform?

Yes, our platform will support the secondary market for real estate offered through us.

06 Can I sell the token dedicated to a specific propertynot through FCQ platform?

No, for security reasons as well as documents related to the ownership of real estate, the resale of your shares in the given premises can only take place via the dedicated platform www.fcqplatform.com.

07 Who can buy a property?

Anyone who signs up on our platform and passes positively the KYC.
